5. Content Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Threadspool or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or any content therein, any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices, or any derivative use of the services or content.

Any unauthorized use of the services or content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

6. User-Generated Content

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights. Threadspool is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. In no event shall Threadspool’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Threadspool’s liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Threadspool may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the services if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in any conduct that may harm Threadspool or other users of the services.
